Our Y

Our Y

Our impact is felt every day

With a mission to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all, our impact is felt when an individual makes a healthy choice, when a mentor inspires a child and when a community comes together for the common good.

Our Mission:

To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

Who We Are

The Y is the nation's leading nonprofit committed to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Our members believe in us and the values we stand for—caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Youth Development - Nurturing the potential of every child and teen.

We believe that all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. That's why, through the Y, hundreds of youth in the Kandiyohi County area are cultivating the values, skills and relationships that lead to positive behaviors and better health.
