Have you made it a goal to accomplish a 5K this year? Let’s make those goals a reality! The Couch to 5K program is a great way to get guidance on how to accomplish that goal. We will have a running option and a walking option to fit the needs of all fitness levels. You will get a training plan, weekly encouragement, motivation, and entry into the Turkey Day 5K!
