Group Exercise

Group exercise classes are included with a YMCA membership. Join us in the studio, pool, cycling room or gym for a group exercise class like Boot Camp, Water Fitness, FIT, Group Cycling, Step, Zumba, Yoga, Silver Sneaker Classes and much more! Please note that the aerobics studio is not open for member use outside of class times.

Group Exercise Rotations

The Friday 4:20 p.m. and Saturday 8:45 a.m. group exercise classes are scheduled on a rotating basis.  Download the schedule to see what is planned for the coming weeks.

Pool

Members and guests are welcome to use the pool during open swim hours for lap and recreational swimming. Be aware that the pools are sometimes scheduled for YMCA programming, such as Swim Lessons and Water Fitness Classes. Please check the pool schedule for details.

Gym

Members and guests are welcome to use the gym during open hours for unstructured activity, when the gym is not scheduled for YMCA programming or classes.

AOA

The Social and Wisdom Club meets each Tuesday morning for coffee and snacks.  Each month offers a mix of social time, guest presentors, birthday celebrations, field trips, etc.

Active Older Adult Social and Wisdom Club - July 2017
 

The Y Book Club

Get together the 1st Wednesday of every month to select, read and discuss a new book with friends, fellowship and a light refreshment.  The club will launch on May 4, 2016 at 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.
